These terms govern your use of the website at maebeautysupply.us (the “Site”), operated by MAE Beauty Supply (“MAE”) from Toronto, Ontario. By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Trade-only catalog

The catalog on this Site is intended for licensed professionals, businesses, and trade buyers. Equipment shown may require professional training, certifications, or local regulatory approvals to operate. Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, regulatory, or professional advice.

2. Quotes, not orders

Submissions through the quote and contact forms are requests for a quote, not orders or contracts. Pricing, availability, lead times, and product specifications are confirmed only by a written quote or order acknowledgement from MAE. We may decline to quote at our discretion.

3. Product information

We do our best to keep product descriptions, specifications, certifications, and imagery accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice. Always confirm critical specifications in a written quote before purchasing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) scrape or republish the Site or catalog in bulk, (b) submit false or misleading information through the forms, (c) attempt to disrupt or probe the Site for vulnerabilities, or (d) use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

The Site design, brand marks, copy, and photography are owned by MAE or used under licence. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may reference us with attribution; you may not reproduce material from the Site for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to CAD $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
